Shipment
Shipment is done within 12-36 hours on receipt of your Paypal payment. Shipment is via air mail and will take between 6-12 working days to arrive in most places anywhere in the world. However, due to stricter customs control because of increased terrorism around the world, do expect a realistic 8-14 days timing.

Note: Due to new security restrictions imposed by airlines, products ordered that are liquid or gel based will be shipped via sea. This will effectively add 2-3 weeks to the expected shipping time.

Occasionally, there may be inventory constraints and delivery may be delayed. We will inform you of any delay and do be assured we'll push for shipment as much as we can.

For faster and assured delivery, it is recommended that you opt for courier delivery. Delivery will take place within 2-6 business days. Please email us if you wish to purchase via courier services. (Note: surcharges apply).

However, do note that we cannot be responsible for custom tax or custom detention in your country. Please check with your country if medicated patches and ointments are allowed tax-free into your country before making an order.

Having said that, please be assured we had never had a problem shipping to USA, Canada, Australia and Europe thus far. For the record, we have safely sent more than 500 parcels since this online website was started in end of 2006.

Returns
Returns to us may be made if we had shipped the wrong products. Please email us to request for an exchange. As this is our mistake, we will pay for your shipping charges as well as new shipping charges.

We will also accept returns as long as the product packaging has not been tampered or damaged. You will need to email us before making a return. Return shipping fees will be at your expense. We will refund the full value of the products less the shipping and restocking fees. Please confirm return with us before shipping back as no authorized returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Bulk Purchase

Bulk orders will entitle you to better and cheaper discounts but may incur custom charges (depending on your country). Bulk discount is for orders above 25 in quantity per item only.

Are we real and not some virtual scam?
